Big Boned BBQ Beef Brisket and Budweiser Pair Up Well

While attending the Rib America Festival in St. Louis on Sunday, David B. Mueller took time to sample one of the offerings from the various food vendors at the event. Mueller, having already consumed pulled pork the previous day at a graduation party, decided to try the BBQ beef brisket from Big Boned BBQ of Chatanooga, Tennesee. Mueller also purchased a cold Budweiser to go with the sandwich. Mueller found the BBQ beef to be reasonably tender. The sauce (Mueller added a bit of what was described as mild sauce to the sandwich although a hotter habenero based sauce was also offered) was tangy and also smoky in flavor. All in all, the sandwich was rather good and it seemed to pair up exceptionally well with a lager style beer such as Budweiser.
